Big school

My first born started big school last week.

Good God where does the time go? I did so good this time. You may remember my little wobble last year when he started preschool in the mornings. I still had those butterflies but it's different this time. He knows the school, it's the same place as his preschool. All his Friends are with him. And mostly because he is jump up and down like a yo-yo excited to go to 'big school' where you have a packed lunch and a big boy uniform. He is soooo ready...

Mostly I'm okay with it because I know a certain little man deserved some quality one on one time...

They have been all mine...
Watching them grow...
 Watching them become friends...
I wouldn't change it for the world...
The time we have is so fleeting...

I want to soak up as much of it as possible...
Because before too long it will be a beautiful memory.

Besides look how excited he is?
Three school days on and he is still jumping out of bed in the morning asking to go to school! I shall enjoy that while it lasts...

  4. Hey you. Can you believe it took me this long. I don't even have time to read anymore. I need an assistant. Or two. Today I go to court because of the bloody dog escaping. <<Notice my British self. OK bye for now. All my love. ~A

  5. Gorgeous photos! I always get nostalgic around this time of year. The start of school, the approach of the holidays, everything moving forward another year! I've also gotten unusual comments regarding my decision to stay at home as well. Once again, with parenting, no matter what you do, everyone has an opinion!
